This extension allows you to edit your products from the product list. It will add a link to the list and if you click on it, it brings a dialog box for you. In the dialog box you can set the most important data for the product. For example you can change it's name, model, price, special price, quantity etc...

Prerequirements:
- vQmod (2.4.1)

Update:
- If you are unsure how to install a module, or you have custom theme, please use our install service (http://www.opencartgeek.com/services/install-service)
- BACKUP YOUR EXISTING STORE FILES AND DATABASE!!
  - Backup your database via your store Admin->System->Backup
  - Backup your files using FTP file copy or use cPanel filemanager to create a zip of all the existing opencart files and folders
- Connect using a FTP program to your hosting/server account and browse the root of your OpenCart installation folder.
- Upload contents of "upload" folder to OpenCart's root folder. If you get file replacement warnings, double check to make sure you are not replacing any critical files (if you had an older version of the modules already installed, you will need to replace the old files).
- Enter OpenCart's administration menu, Catalog > Products and click on "Quick Edit".
- Save your settings

- First you need install vQmod (http://code.google.com/p/vqmod/)
- Extract the downloaded archive
- Connect using a FTP program to your hosting/server account and browse the root of your OpenCart installation folder.
- Upload contents of "upload" folder to OpenCart's root folder. You should not get any file replacement warnings. If you do, double check to make sure you are not replacing any critical files (if you had an older version of the modules already installed, you will need to replace the old files).
- Enter OpenCart's administration menu, System > Users > User Group, and add "Access" and "Modfiy" permission to "catalog/quickedit".
- Go to Catalog > Products and click "Quick Edit".

Important: If you click on "Quick Edit" and nothing happens, you may have to update JQuery. If you have version equal or less than 1.5.1.3, you definitely need to update JQuery!

How to update JQuery:
- Upload the contents of "jquery_update/upload" folder to your Opencart installation folder.
- Open "admin/view/template/common/header.tpl", and search for the following code snippet: "<script type="text/javascript" src="catalog/view/javascript/jquery/jquery-".
- Change the version number to 1.7.1 and save the file. The modificated line should look like this: "<script type="text/javascript" src="catalog/view/javascript/jquery/jquery-1.7.1.min.js"></script>".
